In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless context requires otherwise:

• "ph353," "We," "Us," "Our" — refers to the ph353 online gaming platform accessible at ph353.cam and all associated services, applications, and features.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ph353 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4.1 ph353 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years in compliance with PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Access to Real Money gaming by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited without exception.

4.2 ph353 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie or liveness check.

4.3 ph353 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request KYC documentation from any Player, including prior to the processing of deposits or during the course of normal account activity. 5.3 ph353 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their login credentials or failing to report unauthorized access in a timely manner.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using ph353's supported payment methods, which include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as updated from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph353 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. ph353 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ph353 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as notified to the Player. Players will be given reasonable notice before any dormancy fee is applied and will have the opportunity to withdraw remaining funds.

7.1 ph353 offers various promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed in full at the point of offer acceptance.

7.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all ph353 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.

10.1 ph353 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and offers the following player protection tools, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph353 Account.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph353's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph353's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

13.1 ph353 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or an in-platform notification where practicable.

13.2 Your continued use of the ph353 Platform after any revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, with any outstanding verified balance returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 6.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the ph353 Platform shall first be submitted to ph353's internal dispute resolution process via the 24/7 live chat support function. ph353 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players and ph353 submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of any unresolved disputes.
